Forward Day + Nightclub merchandise purchased through merch.fwdnightclub.com is processed and shipped through our Shopify store and fulfillment partners.

Processing Time

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping carrier. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Carriers
Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other approved carriers depending on the order and location.

Delays
Forward Day + Nightclub and ETHOS Hospitality Group are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
